I joined aqua aerobics slightly more than a year now, reasons why I joined is to maintain health and over all wellbeing. The benefits of aqua fitness include improve muscular endurance and hydrostatic pressure (the pressure of water on the body) improves blood circulation.
I have also been blessed to have met wonderful and lovely aqua fitness ladies during our weekly sessions. These ladies have been totally awesome! We had our sharing sessions and it goes beyond fitness. They are generous in sharing yummy food, recipes, brain exercise teasers, interesting tips, family stories and inspiring videos! Of which, I am sincerely grateful for all of their sharing.

Here is one video that was shared among our aqua chat group that warmth my heart. It’s called “The power of encouragement”
It’s about a young boy trying his best to get through a gymnastics flip. Sometimes we all need a little help from our friends and for this little boy, he got the springboard of support he needed to complete a gymnastics routine that initially looked like a herculean task.
The touching moment is captured in a video showing the determined boy trying his best to leap over a vault in a school gymnasium. Performing in front of a crowd is a daunting for anyone, but the little boy takes the challenge in his stride.
It was apparent that the boy was disappointed after four unsuccessful attempts. However, after the fourth unsuccessful tries a teacher issues an instruction to the crowd and all of his supportive classmates gather around.
His classmates huddling together and chanting a message of encouragements, the crowd rallies around their champion before dispersing.
As the boy takes to the runway for a final time a crescendo of noise grows and cheer him on, when he hits the springboard and finally clears the vault the hall celebrate with joy and excitements. The boy seems to regain power with perfect technique, he looks like a natural as he makes the jump.
That’s the POWER OF ENCOURAGEMENT !! It’s the little thing, that makes a BIG DIFFERENCE.
